The man who lost the Ugandan elections last February, Dr Kizza Besigye had the last laugh yesterday when Kampala gave him a rousing welcome home while the winner, Yoweri Museveni was being sworn in under very tight security not far away.
At least five people are feared to have been killed by security forces in Kampala Thursday, when the Ugandan capital became a city of two tales, with one side of it welcoming several African Heads of State who were attending the swearing-in ceremony ...........
